Introduction

This web site was developed for the students of Mr. Bass' Environmental Science class.  It is intended to be a supplemental help for students.  Students need to recognize that the files used in class are usually the latest revision of the files posted on the Internet, so class notes will not perfectly match with notes and handouts posted on the Internet.

At the top of the web pages are web sites which are related to this site, either by the school or because Mr. Bass developed them.

Each class will be developing a mission statement.

Download Software

In order to be able to use and/or view all of the files on this site you will need to download some of this free software.  It is suggested that you not download the software until you have a need (depending on if you use a file that requires a certain software).

If it is a Word 2000 file you can open it with WordPad (found in your accessories folder).  You can even edit/change it with WordPad.

I am a teacher at Mardela Middle and High School in Mardela Springs, Maryland.  This is the smallest public high school in the state of Maryland (to my knowledge anyway).  The classes I teach are chemistry and environmental science.  I am generally not available to answer the phone, but you can write me via email or send a fax.  Any suggestions to improve the page or to add helpful links is appreciated.
